  1. Last year I had the opportunity to be in Naples and occasionally visited Herculaneum. I was there immediately after opening and I had ruins only for myself. Cool feeling :)

  2. Question
Is 14 minutes enough time to get off of the train from Rome to Naples Central , run down to buy tickets for Circusevanius bus and get to platform 3?
I am arriving at 9:55 and the bus is at 10:09. Will I make it? (Our scheduled tour is at 11 in Pompeii)
    Thanks

  3. —I heard that at Herculaneum there are no washrooms at the site except at the ticket office. If you need to use the facilities while in the ruins, you need to leave the site And go back to the entrance.
—Is it true that you can’t go back unless you buy another ticket. If the ticket office is closed for the day, then you won’t get back in.
How can they expect visitors to hold it for hours while exploring the ruins?
I know that Pompeii has washrooms on site but find it hard to believe that Herculaneum does not.

    1. There are washrooms! So if youre near the bridge (wooden one inside)-there is a small building there and restrooms behind it. Trust me- I went multiple times :)
