  1. If you want quaint towns in Maine you should have come to New Harbor ME, home of Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, one of the most popular lighthouses in Maine, and Pemaquid Beach sports it’s white fine silky sand, so soft to the feet. South Bristol, is another working port just like New Harbor. Both have seafood to offer right off the boats, like Shaw’s pier in New Harbor and Coves Inn in South Bristol at Christmas Cove. Check these out for best of the rest!!!! Been coming here for 35 years, great little hide away!! Check out Sherwood Forest campsite and cabins. 5 minute walk to beach!!

  2. You forgot Belfast, most of the ones you picked are tourist traps. I would never do bar harbor in the summer.

    1. Agree, I grew up going to Bar Harbor, and lived in OOB, so touristy!! No peace, just packed!!!

  3. You missed beautiful Bailey Island.
Part of Casco Bay & about a half hour drive up rt 24 from Brunswick

  4. Cape Porpoise, Yarmouth, Bath, Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset, Harpswell, Bailey Island, Belfast, Bethel, Norway, Fryeburg, to name a few of the beautiful towns in Maine.
