  1. High Tide Low Tide Seafood has the best Lobster rolls in central Maine! Hands down. Check em out at 226 Madison Ave, Skowhegan Maine

  2. Good list. However…
Hard to skip Boone’s in Portland, which has served the perfect lobster roll (both ways) since 1898. Alexander Boone invented the world famous baked stuffed lobster before World War I. Lots of good establishments out there doing great things, but Boone’s is the granddaddy of lobster.

  3. Have had several of these but none come close to Red’s Eats!! So much fresh, succulent lobster you cannot even see the roll.

  4. You’ve missed the best lobster roll in Maine! With your choice of butter or mayo. On a hotdog roll that’s been toasted. With just a little bit of dark lettuce at the bottom. And at least an entire lobster on top! And not a 1 pound lobster, more like a 2 pound lobster! But I’m not gonna tell you where it is so you have to do a little more homework! I’ve eaten at of these places that you have on your list.
